Christmas at Macy's Department Store

On a very late Christmas Eve night after a light drizzle came down, I walked across Herald Square just to look through the show windows. The moment was like a stuffed stocking ready to burst. I've always like Christmas time. The feeling in the City is unique. The streets were silent and a true spirit of sorts pervaded the entire area that would normally be bustling to an almost ungodly volume.
